TEAMM will hold its next annual training open to healthcare providers and support staff from any location on the UW campus on Friday, October 13, 2023. Optimizing Care Post-Roe (Webinar)

TEAMM held a webinar on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 for emergency department teams to discuss emergency department early pregnancy loss care and the implications of the overturning of Roe v Wade on care in this setting. 2022-23 clinical Site Trainings

In 2022-23, TEAMM is providing site interventions for the following clinical site locations:

  • Sea Mar - Marysville, Everett, Lynwood WA

  • Quilted Health - Renton, Tacoma, Spokane WA

TEAMM is currently seeking funding to provide critical training to sites outside of Washington State. Please contact us at teamm@uw.edu if you are interested in learning more about funding this work.

Kelly Quinley at FIX 10 Conference (Feminem)

In September 2019, Dr. Kelly Quinley spoke at the FIX 19 conference in New York, NY to an audience of 900 emergency medicine physicians, EMTs, medical students, nurses, and physician assistants. Dr. Quinley gave a powerful presentation on the importance of emergency medicine attention to miscarriage care, and offered practical steps to help empower this group to start working with their counterparts in OB/GYN departments to improve miscarriage care and make procedural management outside the operating room available to patients.
